What to expect in your session?
An opportunity to discuss all of your fears and concerns about any aspect of the donor egg pathway, with someone who is not only a trained therapist but has lived experience of failed IVF cycles and egg donation.
Together we will unpack the feelings that are coming up for you and identify the roadblocks thay may be holding you back on your journey.
Your session will end with a hypnotherapy session to leave you feeling lighter and calmer.
Most women come to see me because they are struggling with the loss of their genetics and finding acceptance around using egg donation as a family building method.
My aim is to help you feel at peace with the outcome that is best for you and to help you to manage stress and overwhelm throughout the process.
