mother’s day brings up a lot of emotions
Please look after yourself this weekend.
Be gentle with yourself and allow whatever emotions that are coming up for you to flow.
This is the emotions processing technique that I teach as a Freedom Fertility Formula Specialist.
Emotions are our inner navigation system, they want to guide us towards a helpful action, to help soothe our subconscious mind and process the emotion so that it's not repressed or stuck in our body, stuck in our womb space.
Place one hand on your heart and one hand on your womb
Breathe deeply.
Acknowledge the emotions that are coming up for you.
Allow the tears to flow.
I feel sad.
Thank that emotion as it has an important message for you.
'Thank you sadness for showing up'.
Ask yourself 'What is sadness guiding me towards?'
You may get a sense of the best action to take, trust your intuition.
Sadness wants to guide you towards healing.
What can you do to carve a healing space for yourself?
Could it be to talk to someone who understands, could it be a walk in nature, a guided meditation, reiki, fertility massage, womb healing practices.
What actions do you take to rest and heal?
This is different for everyone.
It's good to be also aware of what you do to shut down your emotions.
Awareness is the starting point for change.
