letโs talk about financial risk
I recall my FS calmy relating the aprox expense of Donor Egg IVF in Hawaii (aprox AUD50k) to the same as purchasing a car. ๐ฏ
My hubby and I looked at each other in shock and said, with respect you haven't seen the car we own, (not even worth a 5th of that amount)!!
Then you have to take into account that even if you can afford 50k AUD for a donor egg cycle, there are no guarantees it will work first time.
This is where it becomes a battle of head and heart.๐๐ฝ
Your heart wants to risk every penny to fulfill your desire to become a parent or complete your family.๐
Your head is in full blown panic mode ๐คฏ
We found a solution that was right for us. ๐๐ฝ
We researched different overseas options where the foreign exchange conversion was kinder to the AUD. ๐
We opted for South Africa, Cape Town. ๐ซ
It was not only affordable but also a great option in the information supplied by the donor clinics and the care we recieved.
Whatever your finances allow and wherever you choose to undergo Donor Egg IVF, it's always best to allow for three cycles to start with.
If you can try and have a nice wee holiday in the country that you opt for.
The clinic appointments are often just a few days and so there can be plenty of time to rest, relax, enjoy and connect to hopefully the country that will earn a very special place in your heart for ever more ๐๐๐๐
