10 tips to maximise your success on your donor egg cycle

🍍 Trust the process: Have faith in your decision to use donor eggs and trust that your body is capable of carrying a healthy pregnancy. Believe that you are worthy and deserving of this experience.​​​​​​​​​

🍍 Get support: Seek out a supportive community. You don't have to go through this journey alone.

🍍 Prioritize self-care: Take care of yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally.

🍍 Choose the right donor: Choose a donor that you feel comfortable and confident with. Look for someone who shares your values, someone that you resonate with. Don't ge hung up on finding someone that looks like you. Fertility health and an optimum reproductive age is paramount.

🍍 Work with your doctor to optimize the thickness of your uterine lining, and prepare your body for pregnancy. This may include taking supplements, adjusting medications, or undergoing investigative procedures such as an ERA.

🍍 Acupuncture and massage can help increase blood flow to the uterus and improve overall fertility. It can also be a relaxing and stress-reducing experience.

🍍 Stay positive: Visualise yourself holding your baby and let that vision fuel your determination.

🍍 Keep the lines of communication open with your partner (if applicable) and involve them in the process as much as possible.

🍍 Stay informed: Educate yourself on the process and what to expect. This can help alleviate anxiety and prepare you for any challenges that may arise.
